Meet Our Team
Meet Tracey Maloney, one of our e-Qualitas Senior Tutors
Tracey Maloney has worked in education for more than 25 years. She began her career as a teacher of English, then working as Head of Department and in SLT roles across a range of contexts. Leaving schools, she became a Subject Advisor for Richmond Upon Thames and has since worked as an independent consultant, reviewing and auditing the teaching and learning in a variety of schools and settings. She works as a literacy consultant for the London Grid for Learning, helping to design curriculum content for English departments and also working with authors to further promote reading in schools.
She has a MA in English in Education from King’s College and now also acts as a supervisor to tutees following an MEd in Educational Leadership at Buckingham University. Tracey has worked with eQualitas for fourteen years as a tutor and presenter of training courses. A keen interest in curriculum development has led to a position as Trustee of a large MAT, chairing the education committee and overseeing the development of a trust wide curriculum to raise the aspirations and broaden the horizons of pupils in all trust schools.
Tracey is committed to working with teachers and leaders to further develop their knowledge and skills whilst sharing and discovering new approaches and discourse around education.
